To normalize life for children in foster care, children in crises and vulnerable adults in Worcester County.

To help maintain basic healthcare needs (pharmaceutical, medical appointments transportation) for vulnerable children, adults and elder citizens.

To help maintain basic economic needs (food, clothing, shelter) for families in crisis.

Process Objectives

Engage in 150 opportunities for financial, housing, medical or personal assistance.

bullet

Recruit at least 120 volunteers to provide an average of two volunteer hours each toward assistance opportunities (total = 240 volunteer hours annually).

bullet

Organize and coordinate 500 contacts between vulnerable children and adults and community sponsors to provide donations and special care to those in need.
